Mindful Capoeira in San Francisco

At The San Francisco Capoeira Center we incorporate mindful body alignment and joint mobility exercises to our Mindful Capoeira core curriculum. By paying attention to skeletal and joint alignment we preserve and prepare the body for a lifetime of Mindful Capoeira.
